Participant's Behaviour

Participants’ honesty and integrity are expected throughout the entire duration of the course. Therefore, all learners are expected to act ethically and with integrity towards the lecturers, administrators, other students and all the other stakeholders, and respect their dignity, rights and property. Learners are expected to contribute towards a safe learning environment in which everyone can learn and succeed.

Unethical behaviour, such as, but not limited to, cheating, plagiarising, copying work from, presenting or taking credit for work done by another student or person, enabling dishonesty by others, tampering with the work of or intentionally misleading other students, bullying (physical, verbal, online, or in any other form), accessing and/or distributing personal information pertaining to other learners or lecturers without authorisation, classroom disruption, and damaging third-party property, will not be tolerated.

Learners found in breach of these and other terms and conditions set up and put in place by the providers of this course, or are found to be dishonest, will be reprimanded or sanctioned. Severe cases and/or repeat offences of misbehaviour may result in severe disciplinary actions, including suspension or expulsion from this course and from other services offered by the providers of this course. Such cases may be also reported to the relevant authorities (including the law enforcement authorities).


Data Protection

► The course provider is committed to protecting your privacy and will not collect any personal information about you unless you provide it voluntarily. Any personal information you communicate will be kept confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2001.

► Your personal data will be kept on file by the course provider until the end of the training course, and will be permanently deleted it unless you instruct the service provider to send you occasional updates about this and other courses.

► The course providers will not pass your details on to any third party.

► Activities may be photographed or filmed to be used for media coverage purposes and marketing.

► You may request to have your records removed at any time by sending a message using the Contact form.

► Applications will be processed on a first come first served basis.

► The course provider may accept or reject an application at its sole discretion for any reason.
