Google Docs

During the modules dedicated to Google Docs you will learn how to:

  1. create and open a document
  2. upload an existing document and convert it to a Google document
  3. enter text
  4. select, edit and delete text
  5. format text styles
  6. format paragraphs
  7. set up  pages
  8. insert images and drawings
  9. insert and format bullets and numbers
  10. spell check
  11. create and format tables
  12. invite other people to collaborate with you on a document, giving them access to view, edit or comment
  13. chat with other collaborators right from inside the document
  14. print
  15. email your documents to other people as attachments
  16. download your Google Doc to your desktop in several file formats

Google Sheets

During the modules dedicated to Google Sheets you will learn how to:

  1. create or open a Google spreadsheet
  2. import and convert XLS, CSV, TXT and ODS files to a Google spreadsheet
  3. select and insert data in a cell
  4. edit and sort cells
  5. copy, move and delete cells
  6. insert and delete rows and columns
  7. manage rows and columns (height and widths)
  8. create new worksheets
  9. delete worksheets
  10. perform calculations on your data by using arithmetic formulas
  11. format cells (numbers; dates; text colour, fonts and size)
  12. insert images and drawings
  13. align and border effects
  14. spell checking
  15. print
  16. invite other people to collaborate with you on a spreadsheet, giving them access to view, edit or comment
  17. chat in real time with other collaborators who are editing your spreadsheet
  18. email your spreadsheets to other people as attachments
  19. download your Google Sheet to your desktop in several file formats

Google Slides

During the modules dedicated to Google Slides you will learn how to:

  1. create and edit presentations
  2. import presentations and convert them to Google Slides
  3. work with templates
  4. format text styles
  5. insert shapes, images and videos into your presentation
  6. insert, duplicate and delete slides
  7. set up transitions
  8. spell checking
  9. print
  10. invite other people to collaborate with you on a presentation, giving them access to view, edit or comment
  11. download your presentations in various file formats
